My name is Michael Coulson and We are a family owned General Contracting company on the beautiful Island of Oahu Hawaii. We are the General Contractor for your building, remodeling, and home repair needs. While we service the entire Island, most of our projects for the past 20 years have been on the windward side of Oahu from Kailua to Kahaluu.

This home in Keolu hills had an enclosed garage in front. We demolished the roof of the garage and added a 600 sq ft. 1 bedroom with living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. We also constructed an outside staircase to access the unit.
This home in Alii Shores had a carport we demolished and added a Master suite with aster bedroom and guest room with small office?living room area and guest bathroom on one side and ADU on the other side with one bedroom, full kitchen and Full bathroom. We also constructed a three car garage below. This configuration allowed Mom to move in downstairs on the first level where he had her own 1100 sq ft of privacy.
